The end of 2008-Change

Hi Everyone!

Change is inevitable in everyone's life; especially, as the year 2008 comes to an end. This year, just in my own life, my husband and I sold our house (which took a grouling 11 months to sell) and moved our three children over 750 miles from the only place they've ever known and where I've spent the last 10 years of my life. It wasn't easy. My kids missed their friends. They missed their routine. They missed the only home they had ever known. I felt awful having done this to them, but I knew in the end they would be happy. I knew it was up to my husband and I to create a home of love, fun, smiles, and most of all safety and security. Safety and security were the two things they most needed from us. The same two things that all of us long for.

As 2008 comes to an end, and 2009 is about to enfold, there are more endings and new beginnings for not only me, but also you.
